4th of July Food Drive

The 4th of July is not just about burgers, beers & fireworks- it's also a good time to remember those less fortunate & this year the parade gives us that opportunity!

Right before the 1st floats, St. Mary's food bank will be walking the parade route taking donations of non-perishable food items and/or money.

So bring something from home with you- or just give them a few dollars. What an easy, great way to do your community an amazing service.

PARADE!!!

Start your 4th off right by joining the Flagstaff Yacht Club in the 4th of July parade!

We will meet at staging area H1 on E. Elm between Beaver & San Francisco. We are in the last group- so there will be plenty of time to join us if you have another group to march with (ahem.. Stroller Strides). All are welcome!!

Please be at the staging area by 9am- in your patriotic yacht club approved attire.

The party will start after the parade at Jerry's house.

Remember this is a relaxed day whose sole purpose is really- eating lobster & drinking beer- so bring your 'go with the flow' attitude & be ready for an amazing time!

Holy Crustaceans!

Our lobsters are flying in from Bath, ME on Friday.
The lovely folks at Gilmore Seafood are sending us 50 lobsters and 4lbs of clams, mussels are off limits unfortunately- as a result of all that damn rain back east.

See you all at Capt. Jerry's on Saturday- there will be cocktails & beers after the parade and lobsters should be ready around 2ish- remember we go with the flow at this party! :)

We're planning on bringing Lily's crib with us so she can catch a nap!
